Mahmoud Jleilati

Born in Damascus 1949
Studied poster art at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus, 1977-1978 then pursued studies in France at the Higher Institute of Fine Arts, Visual communications department, 1984.
A professor of poster art in the visual communications department of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus and headed the Department in 1997.
Works with a realistic style in a new combination that mixes realistic and abstract forms.
His works are in the National Museum in Damascus, the Ministry of Culture and in private collections
