studied oil painting in Sofia – Bulgaria 1956-1960 and followed up his studies later in Cairo 1960-1962 and Budapest 1973-197
Workes as a Professor in the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus
individual and group exhibitions in Syria and abroad.
Practice many different styles: among them realism, expressionism , and abstraction. to reach a personalized language with an epic approach.
His works are in the National Museum in Damascus, the Ministry of Culture, the presidential Palace, and in private collections
