Rida Hus-hus

Born in Homs
studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus 1961-1966
pursued in Higher education in illustration painting in the School of Decorative Arts (Aubusson) ,France
later continued his Art studies of art at the University of Kansas – in the U. S.
worked as a professor of art at the faculty of Fine Arts and the faculty of Architecture Damascus also taught history of Art at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts and worked as a set and art designer for many dramatic films in Syria.

Began with cynically realistic drawings, then turned to style related to abstraction
